The International Landing Pad (ILP) by Living Lab Ventures is designed to support global companies entering Indonesia's innovation ecosystem through a soft-landing environment in BSD City. The program provides international startups and businesses with access to workspace, curated networking opportunities, market insights, and introductions to the broader Living Lab Ventures and Sinar Mas Land ecosystem, enabling them to validate their solutions and explore opportunities for business growth in Indonesia.
By connecting global innovators with corporate partners and business units, the International Landing Pad creates opportunities for companies to better understand local market dynamics while identifying potential use cases within one of Indonesia's leading integrated smart cities. Through direct engagement with industry stakeholders, participants are able to explore practical pathways for collaboration and market expansion.
Recent engagements demonstrate how International Landing Pad members are actively exploring opportunities within the BSD City ecosystem. AquaOptima from Taiwan visited the Water Treatment Plant Sampora to gain a deeper understanding of local water infrastructure and explore how its technology could contribute to water management initiatives in BSD City.
Meanwhile, UnicornShift from Australia met with Project Service and Support (PSS), Sinar Mas Land, to discuss how its platform could support coordination between project owners and contractors across development projects. Assemble Point from Japan also engaged with the BSD Link team, the free shuttle bus service operating across BSD City, to better understand existing mobility operations and explore potential opportunities in electric vehicle (EV) and smart mobility initiatives.
